I spend a great deal to time on YouTube and other sites seeking to improve my knowledge or skills especially when it comes to personal finance so it was a surprise when YouTube recommended the video below from Living Lchaim entitled, “How Jews View Money Differently Than Everyone Else”
This is a long video but had many interesting points and it reminded me of a recent post about how religion, culture and family have an impact on how we all feel and think about money. I found the video very insightful and would encourage any personal finance aficionado to have a look.
I tend to watch most YouTube videos at 1.5x or 1.75x speed because I don’t have time to watch it in normal time so I’d recommend you do the same, you won’t miss anything.
This video has inspired me to seek out other videos on money from different cultures so hopefully I will feature some new ones as I find them.
Key Topics in this video:
- Money: Physical or Spirital?
- Self-Worth is Not Net Worth
- How to avoid the dangers of money
- Having a vision for your money
- Preparing for the challenges of wealth
- Dreaming of being wealthy
